Breastfeeding tracker

A breastfeeding tracker built for one free hand.

Tap Left or Right and the timer runs on your home screen. When the feed ends, tap again — side and duration are saved, and the last-feed card answers the 3 a.m. question before you can ask it.

What the breastfeeding tracker records

Each breastfeed is logged as a side and a duration. From Home, tap Feed, choose Left breast or Right breast, and an active timer card appears showing which side is in use and how long it has been running. Tap the card to end the feed and the entry drops into Recent activity, alongside sleep and diaper logs.

The last-feed summary on Home shows how long ago the previous feed ended, so you never have to scroll back through a list to find out.

  • Left / right side timer with one tap
  • Timer keeps running if you switch apps or lock the phone
  • Last-feed summary on the home screen
  • Bottle feeds logged in the same feeding history
  • Optional switch-sides reminder about 20 minutes into a side

The switch-sides reminder

Long feeds blur together at night. With Reminders on, EasyPeasyBaby sends a local notification roughly 20 minutes after you start a side, as a nudge to switch or finish. It is a convenience, not a schedule — you decide how long a feed should be, and you can turn the reminder off in Profile → Settings → Reminders.

Feeds in the weekly report

The Reports tab totals feeds for the last seven days and draws a bar per day, next to sleep hours and diaper counts. It makes questions like “are feeds getting shorter?” or “was yesterday unusual?” easy to answer at a glance, and it is a useful summary to bring to a pediatrician visit.

Shared with whoever is on duty

On Family Premium, a co-parent or nanny accepts an invite link and sees the same feeding timeline live. If your partner logs a bottle while you sleep, it appears in your history and you can get a push alert. Feeds logged offline sync when the phone is back online.

Free on iPhone

Breastfeeding tracking, sleep, diapers, meals, water, reminders, comfort sounds, reports, health records, and memories are free forever. Family Premium is for sharing with a second caregiver and comes with a 14-day trial on new accounts.

Frequently asked questions

Does the breastfeeding timer keep running if I close the app?

Yes. Active breast and sleep timers persist across app switches; the timer card is waiting on Home when you return.

Can I log a bottle or pumped milk?

Bottle feeds are logged from the same Feed tile with one tap and appear in the same history. EasyPeasyBaby does not have a dedicated pumping log.

Is there a limit on how many feeds I can log for free?

No. Core logging is free forever with no cap.

Does the app tell me how often to feed?

No. It records what happened and reminds you about the side you are on. Feeding frequency and amounts are between you and your pediatrician.

EasyPeasyBaby is a care log for parents, not a medical device. Wake windows, reminder intervals, and reports are general conveniences based on what you log — not medical advice. Talk to your pediatrician about your baby’s feeding, sleep, and growth.
