What to log for pediatrician visits

The questions you will probably be asked

How is feeding going — how often, how long, breast or bottle? How is sleep — total, naps, night wakings? Wet and dirty diapers per day? Any new teeth, any medicines, anything worrying? Weight and length are measured at the visit and added to the record.

Keep it where you already log

A note on what the app is

EasyPeasyBaby is a log, not a medical device. It records what you enter and shows it back to you. Assessments and decisions are your pediatrician’s.

Steps

Do this the evening before the appointment.

1. Open Reports for the last seven days

   Note total feeds, sleep hours, and diapers per day, and anything that looks different from the week before.

2. Check the Health tab

   Growth: confirm the last measurements are entered. Vaccines: see what is due on your country schedule. Teething: count teeth. Medications: note anything current or recently stopped.

3. Write down your questions

   Use the handoff note or a note on your phone: sleep changes, feeding changes, rashes, anything you want to ask.

4. At the visit, add the new numbers

   Health → Growth → Log measurement for weight, height, and head circumference while you are still in the room. Mark vaccine doses done.

5. After the visit, share with your co-parent

   On Family Premium the entries are already on your partner’s phone; add a handoff note with what the doctor said.
