Diaper tracker

A diaper log you can keep with the baby on the changing mat.

Tap Diaper, pick Pee, Poop, or Both, and it is logged. The home screen shows how long since the last change, the week shows a count per day, and a reminder — spaced for your baby’s age — nudges you before the next check.

Why keep a diaper log at all

For a newborn, wet and dirty diaper counts are one of the few daily signals parents are asked to watch, and they are nearly impossible to remember by the end of the day. A one-tap log turns “I think about six?” into an actual number. It also settles the “did anyone change him?” question when two people are on duty.

Three options, one tap

The Diaper tile asks one thing — Pee, Poop, or Both — and saves it with the time. The entry joins Recent activity with feeds and sleep, and the last-diaper summary on Home updates. From the home screen widget, a single tap logs a wet diaper without opening the app.

  • Pee / Poop / Both with one tap
  • Last-diaper time on the home screen
  • Widget tap logs a wet diaper
  • Daily diaper count for the last seven days in Reports
  • Syncs live to a co-parent on Family Premium

Diaper-check reminders by age

After each diaper you log, EasyPeasyBaby schedules the next check based on age: roughly every two hours under three months, about three hours from three to twelve months, and about four hours after the first birthday. The reminder is a local notification that fires even with the app in the background, and you can turn it off in Profile → Settings → Reminders. It is a convenience to help avoid a long gap — not a medical instruction.

Counts you can show the pediatrician

The Reports tab draws diapers per day beside feeds and sleep, so a quiet day or a busy one is easy to point at. If a doctor asks how many wet diapers your newborn had yesterday, the answer is on one screen.

Free, with sharing when you need it

Diaper logging is part of the free-forever core. Family Premium adds a second caregiver on the same timeline — useful when a partner or nanny does the daytime changes — with a 14-day trial for new accounts.

Frequently asked questions

Can I add notes about a diaper, like color or rash?

The diaper log records type and time. Symptoms and concerns are best noted for your pediatrician; the app is a log, not a diagnostic tool.

Will the reminder wake me at night?

Reminders are local notifications that follow your phone’s Do Not Disturb and Focus settings, and you can switch them off in the app at any time.

Does the widget log poop too?

The widget’s Diaper button logs a wet diaper for speed. Open the app to record Poop or Both.

Is the diaper tracker free?

Yes, with no cap on entries.

EasyPeasyBaby is a care log for parents, not a medical device. Wake windows, reminder intervals, and reports are general conveniences based on what you log — not medical advice. Talk to your pediatrician about your baby’s feeding, sleep, and growth.
