1. Who we are
EasyPeasyBaby is operated by Omnivatis (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile apps and related services at easypeasy.omnivatis.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account data — email, name, and authentication credentials.
- Baby profile data — name, birth date, photo (optional), and care preferences.
- Care logs — feeding, sleep, diaper, meal, water, routines, and related notes you enter.
- Health-related entries — growth measurements, vaccines, teething, and medications you choose to log (not medical advice).
- Memories — milestone text and photos you upload.
- Co-parent sharing — invite links, caregiver roles, and shared timeline activity.
- Device & diagnostics — push notification tokens, crash reports, and basic usage analytics (e.g. Firebase) to keep the app reliable.
- Purchases — subscription status processed by Apple / Google; we store entitlement dates, not full payment card numbers.
3. How we use information
- Provide baby-care logging, reminders, reports, health trackers, memories, and comfort sounds.
- Enable co-parent invites and shared timelines when you use Family Premium / trial.
- Sync purchases, restore entitlements, and prevent abuse.
- Improve reliability (crash & performance analytics).
- Respond to support requests you send us.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share only as needed with:
- Co-parents / caregivers you explicitly invite.
- Infrastructure providers (hosting, storage, push, analytics, crash reporting) under agreements that protect your data.
- Apple / Google for in-app purchases and store requirements.
- Authorities when required by law.
5. Photos & media
Photos are used only for features you choose (baby avatar, meal photos, memories). Access requires your permission on the device.
6. Retention
We keep account and care data while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account), which removes your account and baby care data you own. You may also email Support. Some records may be retained briefly for backups, security, or legal obligations.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures (encrypted transport, access controls). No method is 100% secure; please use a strong password and protect invite links.
8. Children
EasyPeasyBaby is designed for parents and caregivers, not for children to use as a Kids Category app. Baby information is entered by adults about their child.
9. Your choices
- Update profile and baby data in the app.
- Control notification permissions in system settings.
- Manage or cancel Family Premium in App Store / Google Play subscription settings.
- Delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account) or contact us for help with deletion or a data export.
