1. Agreement
By creating an account or using EasyPeasyBaby, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
EasyPeasyBaby helps parents log baby care (feeds, sleep, diapers, health entries, memories, and more). It is a consumer productivity tool — not a medical device and not a substitute for professional medical advice.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for caregivers you invite.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country (typically 18+).
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt other users.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Do not use invite links to spam or harass others.
5. Free features & Family Premium
Core logging and many features remain free. Family Premium (auto-renewing subscription via Apple/Google) unlocks co-parent invites and shared live timeline features. New accounts may receive a time-limited trial as described in the app.
- Price and billing period are shown in the store before purchase.
- Subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends (per store rules).
- Manage or cancel in your Apple ID / Google Play subscription settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
6. Content you provide
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate EasyPeasyBaby (including sharing with caregivers you invite).
7. Intellectual property
The EasyPeasyBaby name, design, and software are owned by Omnivatis or its licensors. You may not copy or reverse engineer the app except as allowed by law.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that logs will meet any particular medical or legal need. Use your judgment for your child’s care.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnivatis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD $50.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account in Profile → Delete account, or via Support. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
