Baby routine app

A baby routine app that is a checklist, not a cage.

Wake, feed, tummy time, walk, bath, bedtime — as rows you tick off, with a time slot if you want one. EasyPeasyBaby keeps the day’s plan visible without pretending a baby will follow it to the minute.

The daily routine checklist

Open Home → Daily routine. On first visit the app can load a default checklist — feed, nap, bath, and so on — which you edit into your own. Tap a row to mark it done; it strikes through. Add custom items with a label and a time such as 16:00. Tap Load defaults to reset.

Reminders that follow the baby, not the clock

Rather than alarms at fixed times, EasyPeasyBaby’s reminders come from what you logged: a nap heads-up when the age-based wake window is ending, a diaper check spaced by age, a switch-sides nudge during a long feed. Combined with the checklist, you get structure without a rigid timetable. Everything is a local notification you can toggle in Profile → Settings → Reminders.

Two caregivers, one plan

On Family Premium the checklist and the timeline are shared. When your partner marks the bath done, you see it. When the nanny logs the afternoon nap, the wake-window alert on your phone is based on it. Handoff notes carry the “she only took half the bottle” details between shifts.

Routine plus record

The checklist says what is planned; the Recent activity feed says what happened; the Reports tab shows the week. Together they make it easy to see whether the routine you are aiming for is the one that is actually happening — and to adjust without guilt.

Not a schedule prescription

The app does not tell you what a baby’s day should look like. Default routine items are suggestions to edit. For feeding and sleep guidance, talk to your pediatrician.

Frequently asked questions

Does the routine generate itself from wake and bedtimes?

Not yet. You start from the default checklist or build your own; a routine generator is planned but not in the app today.

Can I set a reminder for each checklist item?

Checklist items carry a time slot for reference. Notifications in the app currently cover naps, diaper checks, breastfeeding, and co-parent activity.

Can both parents edit the routine?

Yes. Editors on Family Premium can add and tick items, and changes sync to the other phone.

Is the routine feature free?

Yes. The daily routine checklist is part of the free tier.

EasyPeasyBaby is a care log for parents, not a medical device. Wake windows, reminder intervals, and reports are general conveniences based on what you log — not medical advice. Talk to your pediatrician about your baby’s feeding, sleep, and growth.
